Just got back from an epic, 2 week, (this is epic for a Brit.) 1600 mile trip to the Cairngorms and Mull. Scotland has left such an imprint that we will have to go back and to the Islands particularly, and for much longer. We didn’t manage to photograph otters, but did collect a host of interesting wildlife images; all of which need sifting and processing before they can be posted. Mountain Hares to Slavonian Grebes and Red Grouse, via Osprey, Crested Tits and fighting Herons will be posted shortly. In the meantime Dr Sam Jones’s landscape photographs of Mull at http://islandscapephotography.blogspot.co.uk are well worth a visit.
